Return & Refund Policy

 

At Vendor.al, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and secure shopping experience for both buyers and vendors. Each vendor on our platform may have their own return and refund policy, but below are the general guidelines for handling returns and refunds.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

You can request a return if:

✅ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

✅ The item does not match the description provided by the vendor.

✅ The item is unused and in its original packaging (if applicable).

 

Return Window: Most vendors accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item. However, some vendors may have different return policies, which will be listed on the product page.

 

2. How to Request a Return

 

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact the vendor directly via Vendor.al’s messaging system or support email.

2️⃣ Provide order details and a reason for the return.

3️⃣ If required, attach photos of the item showing any damage or issues.

4️⃣ Wait for the vendor’s confirmation and return instructions.

 

3. Refund Process

 

 Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed as follows:

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Some vendors may offer store credit instead of a refund.

If the return is rejected (e.g., due to signs of use or missing parts), the item will be sent back to you.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

❌ Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

❌ Personalized/custom-made products.

❌ Digital downloads or software.

❌ Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error by the vendor (wrong/damaged item), the vendor covers return shipping.

If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

6. Exchanges

 

Some vendors may offer exchanges instead of refunds. If you prefer an exchange, please check with the vendor before returning the item.
