3. Vendor Obligations

4. B2B Contracts

5. Payments & Fees

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• Vendor.al provides the marketplace "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• Vendor.al is not responsible for losses resulting from vendor misconduct, product defects, or business disputes.

• Vendor.al shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination & Suspension

• Vendor.al reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms.

• Vendors may close their accounts by providing written notice, subject to the fulfillment of pending obligations.

10. Governing Law & Disputes
